Available / Open to relocation Position Overview A growing Dental Support Organization (DSO) is seeking an experienced Dental Director to lead clinical operations at its Laurel Springs, NJ location. This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for a seasoned dentist who enjoys mentoring providers, driving clinical excellence, and partnering with operational leadership to support practice growth. The Laurel Springs area offers convenient access to the greater Philadelphia metropolitan area , making this an attractive opportunity for both local candidates and those open to relocation. Qualifications DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school (required) Active dental license or willingness to obtain licensure in New Jersey Several years of clinical experience, including leadership or management responsibilities Proven ability to lead, coach, and support clinical teams Strong communication and organizational skills Responsibilities Provide clinical leadership and oversight for the practice Mentor and support associate dentists and clinical staff Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements Collaborate with operational leadership to drive performance and patient outcomes Serve as a clinical ambassador for the organization Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary range of $250K-$350K , based on experience and leadership background Comprehensive benefits package Relocation assistance available Long-term growth and leadership opportunities within a well-established DSO Interested Candidates Dentists with a passion for leadership who are open to relocating and obtaining licensure in New Jersey are encouraged to apply.
