Saturday and Sunday Job Summary:

Direct Support Professional provides supervision and guidance to the individual by performing tasks that include personal care in their homes and in the community as well as promote positive attitudes and behaviors that enhance community inclusion.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Insure client's supervision, safety, well-being growth and quality of care according to the client's individual service plan (ISP) Plan, perform or assist with cares and activities with clients which may include but not limited to household chores, recreation activities and community events. Promote community, leisure, and safety skills in addition to providing guidance and support as a positive role model for the client. Mentor clients who wish to seek out employment opportunities. Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the job and maintain professional boundaries between family members and individuals served. Transport clients (adhering to all safety policies and laws) as needed to meet program objectives and client's needs.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED Complete and pass background check and drug screening. Clear tuberculosis screening/physical Successfully complete all trainings including

CPR and First Aid Trainings Job Types:
