Dental experience is a plus, but not required—we are happy to train the right person!

What You'll Do:

Greet patients and create a warm, welcoming first impression Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling questions Schedule appointments and help manage the daily schedule Check patients in and out efficiently Collect payments and assist with basic financial arrangements Verify and update patient information Support the clinical and business teams to ensure smooth patient flow Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office
