Join Our Brand-New Practice & Amazing Team! Serenity Grove Dental is a private dental office that opened its doors in January 2025 with a vision to redefine the dental experience through exceptional patient care in a modern, spa-like environment. We are seeking a warm, professional, and highly organized Dental Front Desk Administrator / Patient Concierge to become the welcoming face of our practice. This role is ideal for someone who loves creating outstanding patient experiences, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys building relationships with patients and the community. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations while helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for from the moment they walk through our doors. About the Role As our Dental Front Desk Administrator / Patient Concierge, you will be responsible for front office operations, patient communications, scheduling, and delivering a five-star concierge experience. You will help patients navigate their dental care journey with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail. This position combines traditional dental front desk responsibilities with elevated hospitality and patient relationship management. Key Responsibilities Patient Experience & Concierge Services Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere Deliver a high-end, hospitality-driven patient experience Assist patients with check-in/check-out procedures Ensure patients feel informed, comfortable, and valued throughout their visit Build strong patient relationships and encourage long-term loyalty Support patient satisfaction initiatives and online reputation growth Scheduling & Communication Manage provider schedules efficiently to optimize productivity Confirm appointments and coordinate recalls/follow-ups Answer multi-line phones, emails, texts, and digital inquiries professionally Handle patient questions with empathy and professionalism Coordinate same-day treatment opportunities and schedule adjustments Insurance & Financial Coordination Verify insurance eligibility and benefits accurately Explain insurance coverage and financial responsibilities clearly Collect payments and assist with financing options Support treatment acceptance by helping patients understand value and next steps Maintain accurate documentation and patient records Administrative Support Maintain organized electronic records in OpenDental Process new patient paperwork and documentation Assist with office reporting and administrative tasks Order and organize front desk supplies Ensure HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards are maintained Qualifications Minimum 1 year of dental front office experience required Bilingual English/Spanish is required Experience with dental treatment coordination is a preferred Proficiency with OpenDental or similar dental software Understanding of dental insurance and scheduling workflows Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable using Microsoft Office, scheduling systems, and digital communication platforms What We're Looking For Positive, outgoing, and professional personality Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills Strong attention to detail Compassionate and patient-focused mindset Ability to remain calm and efficient in a busy environment Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to grow Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional experiences Why Join Serenity Grove Dental?
