We are a modern, patient-focused dental office in Babylon seeking a motivated and reliable Dental Front Desk to join our growing team! Bi lingual a plus!!!

Schedule:

Monday:

9:30 AM•7:00

PM Tuesday:

9:00 AM•6:00

PM Wednesday:

9:00 AM•6:00

PM Thursday:

7:30 AM•5:00 PM 1 Saturday per month: 7:30 AM•1:00 PM Enjoy a consistent 4-day work week !

Responsibilities:

Front desk duties: scheduling, patient communication, insurance verification, collecting /billing Managing patient flow and maintaining a welcoming office environment Strong follow-up with patients and treatment plans Supporting both front and back office operations

Qualifications:

Dental experience preferred Familiarity with Dentrix and Dexis is a plus Excellent multitasking and organizational skills Strong communication and follow-up abilities Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Positive attitude and a team player mindset Eagerness to learn and grow within the practice
