  • Full-time Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Front Desk & Billing Coordinator to join our dynamic dental team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of dental office operations. This role is vital in ensuring smooth front desk functions, accurate billing processes, and exceptional patient service. The successful candidate will be committed to maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations while providing a welcoming environment for patients and staff alike. Responsibilities Greet and check in patients professionally and warmly Answer phones and schedule appointments efficiently Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility Submit insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims Post insurance and patient payments accurately Prepare and present treatment estimates to patients Explain insurance coverage, copays, and financial responsibilities Discuss payment options and assist patients with financial arrangements Manage patient accounts and treatment estimates Maintain organized patient records and office documentation Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations Qualifications Dental office experience preferred Knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures Experience presenting treatment plans and treatment estimates preferred Understanding of dental insurance breakdowns and patient financial coordination Experience with dental software preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
