• Full-time Our office is looking for a front desk receptionist candidate to join our knowledgeable and vibrant team.

Potential candidate has to be professional, strong work ethics, superb customer service, organized, well-spoken and has the ability to multitask and work with technology. This position has great potential for growth and getting involved in management after becoming proficient in the dental software.

Responsibilities:

Submitting Insurance Claims EagleSoft knowledge ( required) Greeting all patients at check-in and answering any questions Registering new patients, collecting medical history, demographics and insurance information Collecting co pays and following up with outstanding balances Explaining treatment plans and financial options to patients Answering phone calls and calling to confirm appointments Corresponding with insurance companies to verify benefits and coverage
