YOU MUST MEET THE EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT TO APPLY.
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator to join the areas leading Oral Surgery team.YOU MUST
have at least 3 years experience working at the front desk of an oral surgery office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical terminology, office administration, and providing exceptional patient care. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless coordination of patient services and administrative support within our medical office.Duties:
- Coordinate patient appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and follow-up.
- Manage patient inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing accurate information and assistance.
- Maintain patient records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure timely delivery of care and services.
- Assist in insurance verification and billing processes.
- Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Uphold confidentiality and privacy standards in handling patient information.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a oral surgery office
MINIMUM 3 YEARS.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and understanding of healthcare processes.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and colleagues.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of dental office operations and WinOMS is a plus.
