Our general dentistry practice in Mission Viejo is seeking a mature, professional, and detail-oriented Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team. Position Overview This is a full-time, dual-role position combining front office and treatment coordination, with the ability to support the clinical team as needed. Candidates with both front and back office experience is a plus. Key Responsibilities Support front office operations (phones, check-in/out, insurance processing) Verify insurance benefits and clearly explain coverage and out-of-pocket costs Manage scheduling and patient flow to support production goals Assist with financial arrangements and improve case acceptance Present and coordinate treatment plans with patients as needed Maintain compliance with OSHA and infection control standards Qualifications Minimum 2-3 years of dental front office and/or treatment coordinating experience Strong understanding of dental insurance, billing, and treatment presentation Excellent communication and organizational skills Team-oriented with a professional and positive attitude Current CPR certification a plus Dental assisting background a plus Must be able to pass a background check Schedule Full-time, 5 days per week Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay ($24-$29 DOE) California Sick Leave (accrual begins immediately) PTO accrual begins after 1 year of employment Paid holidays (per company policy) Health Insurance Stipend (ICHRA) Vision Insurance (employee coverage paid) Dental benefits 401(k) with employer match (when eligible) Employee-paid supplemental pre-tax benefits Additional Information This position is based in Mission Viejo, CA (92691) Please submit your resume and professional references for consideration Do not contact the dental office directly regarding this position
