Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about preventive care, patient education, and building lasting relationships with patients while delivering exceptional clinical care. We are looking for someone who values teamwork, communicates well, and wants to be part of a positive office culture where employees are appreciated and supported. Qualifications Associate degree from an accredited dental hygiene program Valid Kansas Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers Nitrous Oxide Certification Knowledge and understanding of dental procedures, terminology, and techniques Strong communication and patient-care skills Positive, team-oriented attitude and professional demeanor Responsibilities Perform dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance Take and review dental radiographs (X-rays) Assess oral health and document clinical findings Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care Assist in developing treatment plans Administer nitrous oxide and local anesthesia in accordance with state regulations Maintain accurate patient records and charting Ensure infection control and sterilization protocols are followed Support a positive, welcoming, and professional office environment Collaborate closely with doctors and team members to provide an exceptional patient experience Benefits Competitive compensation Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off 401(k) with company match Continuing education opportunities Consistent Monday-Thursday schedule 12 vacation days annually Supportive leadership and strong team culture Positive work environment where teamwork and collaboration are highly valued Opportunity to grow within a respected and patient-focused practice Equal Opportunity Employer Lifetime Dental Care is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
