While this role is based in Surprise on Fridays, we have a unique opportunity for candidates seeking more hours to work Monday-Wednesday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) at our sister clinic in Glendale, AZ .

What We're Looking For:

Credentials:

Active Arizona RDH License.

Certifications:

Local Anesthesia and Laser Certification are required.
