We are a locally owned, private, start up dental practice located in Williston with convenient working hours, high compensation for the right fit and opportunities to grow. We are starting out as a small single dentist practice with plans and space to bring on more providers as we grow. You have an opportunity to get in on the ground floor as we develop into a fun, efficient, exciting practice. As the practice grows, responsibilities grow and compensation will grow in turn. Job Summary:

As a Dental Hygienist, you will provide top-notch dental care that makes our patients feel like family. You will provide dental hygiene procedures to patients including periodontal probings, prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing; take dental radiographs; and keep impeccable chart notes. The ideal candidate has experience working as a dental hygienist, but new graduates are welcome to apply. Responsibilities Welcome patients into the treatment area and make them feel comfortable Discuss the dental hygiene care plan with patients and answer any questions they have Perform periodontal charting Perform dental hygiene procedures including routine adult and child prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance and scaling and root planing Take dental radiographs as needed Schedule patients in person and over the phone as needed Be an advocate for dental treatment recommended Help create office systems and flow that make your job easier Qualifications Strong computer and data entry skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to provide high-quality patient care
