Dental Hygienist - NEW Graduates Welcome

Are you a new dental hygiene graduate looking for more than just your first job? We take pride in developing confident, educated, patient focused hygienists who are passionate about the level of care they provide. You won't be thrown into a packed schedule before you're ready. Instead, we provide coaching, support, and extended appointment times as you build your clinical flow, communication skills, and confidence.

Our standard schedule includes:

1 hour adult prophys 90 minute new patient appointments We believe excellent dentistry starts with time, education, and relationships. That means giving you the opportunity to: Educate patients on their oral and overall health Build trust and long term patient relationships Learn how to confidently co diagnose and discuss treatment Deliver thorough, high quality care without feeling rushed Our philosophy is proactive and prevention focused. We are passionate about helping patients understand their periodontal health early and believe hygienists play a critical role in changing patients' lives through education and prevention. Schedule:

4 days weeks preferred, open to part-time to the right candidate Monday -

Thursday:

7:45 (huddle) - 5:00pm 1 hour lunch break
