Dental Hygienist (RDH)

We are growing and looking for an exceptional Registered Dental Hygienist who is passionate about patient care, periodontal health, and helping people transform not just their smiles, but their overall wellness. What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a hygienist who: Is confident and proficient in all periodontal services Educates patients with compassion and confidence Understands the importance of continuity of care Works well in a positive, team-oriented environment Has strong communication and patient relationship skills Experience with sleep apnea therapy and/or Perio Protect is a HUGE plus (but willing to train the right person)

Responsibilities:

Comprehensive periodontal charting and treatment SRP, periodontal maintenance, and preventive services Patient education and treatment presentation Digital radiographs and intraoral scanning familiarity preferred Identifying patients who may benefit from sleep apnea screening or adjunctive perio therapies Helping patients understand the oral-systemic health connection
