Location:

Woodridge IL Chicago Elite Implant Center is looking for a motivated, professional, and highly organized Dental Implant Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team. We are a dental implant-focused office providing consultations, single implants, implant bridges, and full-arch implant solutions. The ideal candidate is confident speaking with patients, understands the value of treatment presentation, and can help guide patients from consultation to scheduled treatment. Position Responsibilities The Dental Implant Treatment Coordinator will: Welcome and communicate with new implant leads and consultation patients Explain treatment options, fees, financing, and next steps clearly Present implant treatment plans in a professional and compassionate way Follow up with patients by phone, text, and email Help patients understand financing options and payment arrangements Coordinate schedules between patients, doctors, and the clinical team Track leads, consultations, pending cases, and unscheduled treatment Maintain excellent patient communication and documentation Support marketing lead conversion and patient retention Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: Friendly, confident, and professional Strong in sales, communication, and follow-up Comfortable discussing larger treatment fees Organized and detail-oriented Compassionate with patients who may feel nervous or embarrassed Able to work well with doctors, assistants, and front desk staff Motivated to help the practice grow Preferred Experience Dental treatment coordination experience preferred Implant, oral surgery, or full-arch experience is a plus Knowledge of dental insurance, financing, CareCredit, or patient payment plans is helpful Spanish-speaking is a strong plus Experience with dental CRM, lead follow-up, or marketing leads is a plus Compensation Competitive pay based on experience. Bonus or commission opportunities may be available based on performance, case acceptance, and scheduled treatment.
