Job Description

We are looking to welcome an experienced dental Financial/Insurance Coordinator to join our awesome fun dental family. This is a full-time position. We are a private practice specializing on providing exceptional patient care in a professional, positive, team-oriented environment. We understand and value a healthy life and work balance. Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as dental front office Biller/Treatment Coordinator Excellent knowledge of PPO and Financial options Excellent Billing skills with knowledgeable of all major dental procedures Customer Service Focus/excellent customer service Team Player Multi-tasker and self-motivated Specialty Experience (Preferred) Professional Demeanor Punctual Must be fluent in Dentrix Patient Education and Presentation Skills Excellent Communication Primary Role Expectations (not limited to): Calling insurance companies to verify benefits and get breakdowns of benefits Monitoring and tracking AR Works in conjunction with the Treatment Coordinator to answer phones/check out patients Discusses fees, finances and payment options with patients Reading and interpreting EOBs (understanding downgrades, primary and secondary insurance, deductibles) Effectively process insurance payments by EFT / check format Maintain accounts receivable records and place necessary collection calls to patients and insurance companies in a professional manner. Updating and maintaining PPO fee schedules Sending claims and following up on overdue claims/unpaid accounts Benefits include: Full-time position (32-40 hours, flexible) Medical and Vision insurance Holiday pay
