This role applies technical knowledge to perform routine maintenance and repairs, ensuring systems operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with standards Typical duties include but are not limited to: Install,repair,andtroubleshootHVAC malfunctions. Responsible for performing preventative maintenance on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment. Responsible forutilizingwire diagrams, schematics, blueprints, and drawings to perform repairs and maintenance. Responsible for installing and programming thermostats. Fabricates, assembles, and installs ductwork and chassis parts. Responsible for connecting motors, compressors, temperature controls, and circulating ventilation fans to control panels andconnectcontrol panels to power source. Communicates and interacts directly with the customer, informing the customer of unexpected oradditionalrepairs anddeterminingcustomer needs. Make difficult diagnoses and suggest solutions and repairs tocustomer Communicateswith scheduler to updatestatusof repairs and estimate completion dates.

Qualifications:

0-3 years in HVAC VAC and/or EPA Certificationrequired. Must have civilian or military trade school training or equivalent. Washington State EL-06A electrical license.

Physical Requirements:

Employees must have the ability to perform the following physical demands for extended periods of time with or without assistance . The physical demands of this position may be reasonably accommodated for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions on a case-by-case basis . Must be able to lift and/or move up to70pounds. May berequiredto reach, kneel, walk, stand, and use repetitive motion for several hours at a time based on position duties. Work may require repetitive motion, reaching, lifting, kneeling, and walking. Standing or sitting for several hours at a time, climbing in and out of a vehicle, and up and down stairs may also berequired. Must have the perseverance to work effectively under pressure for extended periods of time.
