Dental experience is a plus, but not required. We welcome candidates with strong phone skills, customer service experience, and a willingness to learn. This role is ideal for someone who: Communicates confidently and kindly with patients Enjoys helping people and staying organized in a busy environment Is comfortable discussing fees, insurance, and collecting payments Takes initiative and follows through without needing reminders Shows up on time, prepared, and ready to contribute Accepts feedback and takes ownership of their role

Responsibilities:

Answer phones and schedule appointments Manage daily schedule and patient flow Verify insurance and explain benefits Present fees and collect payments Support front office operations We value team members who are reliable, accountable, and take pride in doing things well.
