Job Description
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced, organized Dental Office Manager to lead daily front-office operations, support staff, manage scheduling, oversee billing and insurance processes, and help deliver an outstanding patient experience.
THIS POSITION IS ONSITE MONDAY THRU FRIDAY
Key Responsibilities Manage daily office operations, patient scheduling, and front-desk workflow. Supervise administrative staff, support training, and maintain efficient processes. Oversee insurance verification, billing, collections, and financial reporting. Ensure accurate records, regulatory compliance, and high-quality patient service. Coordinate with providers, staff, and vendors to keep the practice running smoothly. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in dental office administration or practice management. Knowledge of scheduling, insurance, billing, and front-office operations. Strong leadership, communication, organization, and customer service skills. Proficiency with dental practice management software and Microsoft Office.Pay Details:
