PCA Personal Care Assistant

We are seeking two compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide essential support to two clients in need of assistance with daily living activitiesin Saluda, SC. Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Provide patient care, including monitoring vital signs and administering medication as per care plans. Support clients with meal preparation and cooking nutritious meals tailored to their dietary needs. Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks and ensuring hygiene standards are met. Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote social interaction and cognitive stimulation, particularly for those with Alzheimer's or dementia. Observe and report any changes in client conditions or behaviors to the supervising nurse or healthcare professional. Schedule M-F 9a-1p Client 1 20 hr/wk Schedule Tues/Thurs 8a-4p Client 2 16 hr/wk
