Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Dental Office Manager/Treatment Coordinator to lead our dental practice with enthusiasm and professionalism. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily office operations, coordinate patient treatment plans, and ensure a seamless patient experience. Duties Manage the daily operations of the dental office, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff coordination to ensure optimal clinic performance Act as the primary Treatment Coordinator by explaining treatment plans, financing options, and scheduling follow-up procedures with patients Supervise administrative staff, providing training and guidance to maintain high levels of customer service and operational efficiency Oversee medical records management, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and accurate documentation using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) and EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems such as Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or eClinicalWorks Monitor fiscal activities including budgeting, financial management, billing processes, and insurance claims handling—especially managed care and utilization management Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations such as JCAHO standards and HIPAA privacy rules Collaborate with clinical team members to support dental staff and ensure smooth clinic operations during acute care or hospital-like scenarios Maintain inventory control for dental supplies and equipment while managing vendor relationships Implement human resources policies related to staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and workplace safety Qualifications Proven experience in dental office management with a strong understanding of dental office operations Demonstrated supervisory experience leading administrative or clinical teams in a dental setting Proficiency with Dentrix Knowledge of dental terminology, dental records management, HIPAA compliance, and healthcare regulations including JCAHO standards Excellent communication skills for patient engagement as Treatment Coordinator Background in dentistlet a must. Willing to up train the right person with clinical knowledge of the dental field.
