While you won't be chairside transforming smiles, your role will help ensure that every patient has a seamless, stress-free experience from check-in to check-out.Competitive Benefits:

Greet patients with a warm, friendly demeanor and assist with check-in and check-out processes. Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently. Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service. Verify patient insurance information and process payments accurately. Send claims to insurances. Collect co-pays and payments; set up payment arrangements when needed Maintain accurate patient records in our dental software Coordinate with the clinical team to keep the day running smoothlyIdeal Candidate:
Understand dental terminology. Experience and knowledge of EHR systems. Ability to project a positive, warm, and professional image in person and on the phone. Must be articulate, detailed, and service-oriented. Comfortable working with percentages and discussing finances with patients. Knowledge of dental insurance benefits. Enjoys motivating others to success. Demonstrates excellent communication skills. Able to multitask, take initiative, and anticipate needs. Flexible and willing to assist in other office areas as needed. Works well with a team, bringing humor, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
