Dental Patient Care Coordinator

Established dental practice

Coordinate schedules to ensure the practice meets its production and collection goals
Present patients with treatment plans and make financial arrangements
Submit claims and communicate with dental insurance plans
Manage accounts receivable

Experience as patient care coordinator in a dental setting is required
Experience with Dentrix software is strongly preferred
Knowledge of dental procedures, insurance and billing arrangements, scheduling and dental terminology
Ability to be a self-starter, work independently and take ownership of projects
Strong organizational and communication skills along with ability to multi-task Required experience:
Experience as a patient care coordinator in a dental setting
