Program Overview:

Insurance Career Accelerator Our 3-Year Insurance Career Accelerator is a structured development program designed to give early-career professionals real-world experience across the business while preparing them for long-term success.

Each phase builds intentionally:

Year 1: Insurance & Business Fundamentals Build a strong foundation through training and hands-on experience across: Client advising Sales and service Underwriting Claims Account management You'll work closely with leadership while developing communication, relationship-building, and business skills. Year 2: Leadership & Business Development Expand your responsibilities while developing: Client relationship management Business development strategies Leadership and communication skills Influence and problem-solving abilities You'll begin taking greater ownership of client relationships and agency initiatives. Year 3: Account Management & Career Growth Operate with increasing independence while: Managing your own book of business Building referral partner relationships Driving business growth Expanding your earning potential Developing long-term career opportunities within the agency

Salary Range:
