Patient Care Coordinator:

Provide outstanding patient service with empathy and professionalism Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries Assist with check-out procedures and collect copayments Maintain a desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a positive team culture Other responsibilities as assigned What do we need from you? Bilingual - Spanish and English (Preferred) 1+ years of dental/medical front office experience ( Required ) 2+ years of customer service experience ( Required ) High school diploma or equivalent ( Required ) Experience with ThriveCloud is a plus! We are offering a full-time schedule :

Monday:

10am-5pm

Tuesday:

10am-6pm

Wednesday:

11am-5pm

Thursday:

11am-7pm

Friday:

9am-5pm •Occasional Saturday half-days (once per quarter) for implant patients• In addition to an hourly wage starting at $22/hour (based on experience), we are also offering the following
