Position Overview This hybrid role blends front desk operations with treatment coordination, making it ideal for a high-energy, detail-oriented professional who thrives in both patient-facing and consultative environments. You'll serve as the first impression of the practice while also guiding prospective patients through their treatment journey: from initial inquiry to case acceptance. Key Responsibilities Front Desk / Patient Experience (25%)
  • Greet and check-in patients with a warm, professional presence
  • Manage scheduling, confirmations, and patient flow optimization
  • Handle inbound calls, texts, and online inquiries with urgency and accuracy
  • Verify insurance and maintain accurate patient records
  • Collect payments and support financial transactions Treatment Coordination (75%)
  • Lead new patient consultations and present treatment plans with confidence
  • Educate patients on orthodontic options, timelines, and benefits
  • Clearly communicate financial arrangements and payment solutions
  • Track case acceptance metrics and follow up on pending treatment
  • Collaborate with clinical and marketing teams to optimize conversion rates What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years in dental/orthodontic front desk or treatment coordination (preferred)
  • Strong sales aptitude with a consultative, patient-first approach
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using practice management software and digital communication tools
