No prior dental experience is required. We are willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn and grow within the dental field. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys interacting with people and thrives in a fast paced, team oriented environment.

Responsibilities include:

Answering incoming phone calls professionally and assisting patients with scheduling Scheduling and confirming patient appointments Performing recall and follow up calls to help maintain the hygiene and treatment schedule Providing excellent customer service and creating a positive patient experience Accurately documenting patient communication using Open Dental software Assisting with general front office support as needed

Qualifications:

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Professional phone etiquette Highly motivated, dependable, and organized Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required Experience with Open Dental is preferred, but not required Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply We offer a supportive work environment with opportunities for training, growth, and long term advancement within the company.
