The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care while ensuring the smooth operation of our endodontic practice. Willingness to learn and improve skills/responsibilities over time is essential, and opportunities for increased pay may be available as skills and responsibilities are increased. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and efficiently manage front desk operations, including answering multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette. Schedule appointments accurately using dental practice management software ensuring optimal clinic flow. Verify insurance coverage, process claims, and perform insurance verification to facilitate seamless billing procedures. Maintain and update patient records in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Review documentation for accuracy, including intake forms, care plans, and medical/dental records, ensuring proper coding for billing and documentation review. Requirements Previous dental front desk experience required; previous dental assisting experience is a plus. Exceptional customer service skills combined with effective phone etiquette. Ability to handle sensitive patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations while demonstrating attention to detail during documentation review. Bilingual abilities are desirable to serve diverse patient populations effectively. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage scheduling, insurance verification, and medical administrative support efficiently. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently. Must be willing to learn.
