What You'll Be Doing:

Provide a warm, professional welcome to patients and visitorsManage appointment bookings and maintain accurate patient recordsProcess payments and handle administrative tasks with precisionCoordinate with dentists, nurses, and practice managers to keep the practice running smoothlyPromote and upsell dental services and products to support patient careBe a key part of creating a positive, friendly atmosphere in the practice

Skills and Experience We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is desirableConfident communicator with a professional, approachable mannerAbility to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a busy environmentAttention to detail and good IT skills for handling bookings and recordsA team player who thrives on helping others Hear From a
