Dental Receptionist

We are looking for a Dental Receptionist to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, collecting payments, and providing administrative support to the dental team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have experience working in a dental office.

Responsibilities:

Greet patients and provide them with information about their appointment. Schedule appointments and manage patient records. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from patients and other healthcare professionals. Collect payments from patients and process simple insurance claims. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and faxing documents. File simple dental claims and answer basic insurance questions.

Thursday:

7:40am-5pm We huddle at 7:45, patients start at 8.

Requirements:

Dental scheduling experience required Open Dental software experience preferred, but not required

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
