Dental Receptionist

Overview Join our dynamic dental team as a Patient Coordinator, where your friendly demeanor and organizational skills will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors. In this vital role, you will manage patient scheduling, insurance verification, and patient records while ensuring a smooth and welcoming patient experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing dental practice dedicated to quality care and compassionate service. Experience with Dentrix Software is preferred. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly, answer multi-line phone systems, and schedule appointments efficiently Dentrix software. Manage patient intake forms, update medical records, and maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Assist with insurance verification. Maintain organized systems for patient records and ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with health information management standards. Support front desk operations by handling patient inquiries with excellent phone etiquette, and managing appointments. Collaborate with clinical staff to facilitate smooth clinic flow and ensure all administrative tasks are completed promptly. Experience Prior clinic or dental office experience preferred Knowledge of Dentrix software preferred Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional office experience to create a positive patient experience in a fast-paced environment Join our amazing team!
