Dental Sterilization Technician

Our growing dental practice is looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated Sterilization Technician to join our team! This is an incredibly important role within our office. The ideal candidate takes pride in creating an efficient, clean, and well-organized clinical environment that helps the entire team deliver excellent patient care. Responsibilities Include:

Cleaning, sterilizing, and organizing instruments Managing instrument flow throughout the day Maintaining sterilization records and protocols Breaking down and setting up treatment rooms Assisting with operatory turnover Stocking clinical supplies Supporting the hygiene and clinical teams as needed Helping maintain OSHA and infection control standards

Experience:

Dental experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with a great attitude and strong work ethic.
