Job Description
Refine Aesthetics is a luxury medical aesthetics and wellness practice in Bluffton, SC — and the #1 solo Merz Aesthetics provider in coastal Georgia and southern South Carolina. We are not a volume practice. We are a precision-driven, results-focused environment built on a regenerative, wellness-integrated philosophy. Natural results. Advanced science. Personalized care. We are selectively seeking one aesthetic injector to grow with us. The Role You will deliver safe, effective, and personalized cosmetic treatments — including neurotoxin, dermal filler, and biostimulation — while conducting thorough consultations and contributing to a practice culture built on integrity, artistry, and long-term patient outcomes. We treat the whole face, over time, with intention. This is a full-scope injector role that combines clinical proficiency with aesthetic artistry in a supportive environment dedicated to continuous growth and patient satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform neurotoxin, dermal filler, and biostimulation treatments with precision and care. Conduct detailed consultations to assess individual needs, explain treatment options, and develop personalized treatment plans aligned with patient goals. Practice under collaborative Good Faith Exam protocols, ensuring thorough patient assessment and appropriate oversight of care. Educate patients on post-treatment care, realistic expectations, and long-term skin health with a focus on regenerative outcomes. Maintain thorough medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and clinic protocols. Adhere to sterile technique and infection control standards during all procedures. Stay current with advancements in injectable techniques, biostimulation, and aesthetic medicine. Collaborate with the Refine team on patient care coordination and clinic operations. What We're Looking For Licensed NP or PA in South Carolina (required) Minimum 2 years aesthetic injectable experience — neurotoxin and filler required; biostimulation strongly preferred. Strong anatomy, physiology, and facial aesthetics knowledge with a natural-result philosophy. Excellent consultation and communication skills; ability to build trust and long-term patient relationships Someone who values the craft and holds themselves to a high standard without being told to do so. Prior experience with laser or energy-based devices, skin rejuvenation technologies, or other aesthetic modalities is a plus. Background or clinical interest in functional medicine, hormone therapy, IV therapy, or weight loss optimization is a plus. Someone who lifts the culture every day by how they show up for their team and the aesthetic community. They understand that beauty is both an art and a relationship, and they bring genuine heart to both. Benefits Competitive base + commission bonus structure Flexible scheduling — part-time or full-time available Dental and vision insurance Paid time off Employee discount Professional development support Pay We offer competitive hourly compensation paired with a bonus structure that recognizes your contributions and growth within the practice. Responsibilities Perform aesthetic injections such as botulinum toxin treatments and dermal fillers with precision and care, ensuring optimal patient outcomes. Conduct thorough patient consultations to assess individual needs, explain treatment options, and develop personalized treatment plans aligned with client goals. Maintain detailed medical documentation of procedures, patient assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinic policies. Educate patients on post-treatment care, potential side effects, and realistic expectations to promote safety and satisfaction. Stay current with the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine, including laser treatments and injectable techniques, to continually enhance skills. Adhere strictly to sterile techniques and infection control protocols during all procedures to ensure patient safety. Collaborate with the medical team to coordinate patient care, manage emergencies, and support clinic operations efficiently. Skills Self-starter who takes initiative and identifies what needs to be done before being asked. Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms — at minimum comfortable with EMR/EHR systems and committed to accurate documentation, accountability, and clean records. Brings a warm, polished presence that reflects the elevated, client-first experience a luxury spa environment demands. Skilled at building genuine relationships with clients, making them feel seen, comfortable, and confident in their care. Thrives in a collaborative environment — communicating openly with teammates and sharing knowledge. An understanding of social media's role in a modern aesthetic practice is expected; those who are comfortable creating or collaborating on content to educate and engage clients in a tasteful, on-brand way are a strong plus. Detail-oriented and organized, maintaining accuracy and calm composure even during busy, high-demand days. Creative problem-solver who handles unexpected challenges gracefully and keeps the day running smoothly. Takes pride and ownership in the work environment — contributing to a positive, professional, and supportive team culture.
