Dental Treatment Coordinator

In this role, you will guide patients through their treatment journey by explaining recommended care, reviewing insurance benefits, discussing financial options, and helping patients feel comfortable moving forward with treatment. What You'll Do Present treatment plans in a clear, patient-friendly manner Explain insurance benefits and estimated out-of-pocket costs Discuss payment options and financing solutions Coordinate and schedule treatment appointments Follow up with patients who have unscheduled or pending treatment Work closely with doctors, hygienists, and front office staff Maintain accurate records in Dentrix Ascend or similar software Deliver exceptional customer service at every interaction What We're Looking For You are: Warm, personable, and comfortable discussing financial information Confident in helping patients commit to recommended treatment Organized and highly detail-oriented Able to multitask in a fast-paced office Motivated by helping patients and achieving results Preferred Experience Previous dental experience as a Treatment Coordinator, Patient Care Coordinator, or Front Desk team member Knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and insurance processes Experience with Dentrix Ascend or similar dental software Compensation and Benefits $16.00-$24.00 per hour, based on experience Bonus and incentive opportunities Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance 401(k) Paid time off and paid holidays Career growth and development opportunities Join Our Team If you are passionate about helping patients understand their treatment options and enjoy working in a supportive, team-oriented environment, we would like to hear from you.
