What You'll Do:

• Discuss treatment plans and follow up with proposed treatment plans
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a dedicated team of dental professionals
• Manage scheduling, billing, and inventory to maximize efficiency
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure high-quality care delivery

• Confidence in discussing treatment plans and endorsing treatment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Expertise in dental billing, insurance claims, and practice management software
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
