We are actively seeking a dentist with significant hands-on oral surgery experience to join our dental team on a PRN basis. This role is open to dentists who perform third molar and complex surgical extractions with confidence and have the clinical volume to back it up. If you are a dentist with strong oral surgery proficiency looking for a flexible PRN day, we provide the dental team, the equipment, and the patients.
Responsibilities:
Our dental oral surgery practice has: DentaPro software Digital x-ray and Panorex units Dedicated dental assistants trained to support oral surgery procedures Yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training Dentist (Oral Surgery) responsibilities include: Perform third molar extractions, including impacted cases Complete surgical and complex extractions across the dentition as clinically appropriate Work efficiently within our dental office environment with trained clinical staff Uphold compliant, patient-centered oral surgery care standards
Qualifications:
We expect our dental oral surgery provider to have: DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental program Demonstrated advanced oral surgery experience as a general dentist - significant hands-on volume performing complex and surgical extractions Active dental license in the state of practice, or eligibility for licensure Current BLS, ACLS, DEA, and applicable state credentials Compassion and a strong desire to provide oral surgery care to underserved dental patients We value teamwork, mutual respect, and cooperation.
