Job Description

TriStar Aerial is a leading dealer/distributor of aerial lift equipment, committed to providing exceptional service and support to our customers. We are seeking a full-time Department Manager local to the Dublin, GA area to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing one of our departments and ensuring that there are strong lines of communication between customers and the department. The ideal candidate would be a charismatic, self-motivated people person who can effectively delegate tasks amongst a team and maintain a calm and professional attitude during customer interactions. No experience in the Heavy Equipment Industry? No problem! The only experience required is with management; we'll teach you the rest.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer customer service calls and keep accurate and thorough records of their needs Track requests from start to finish, assigning tasks and keeping lines of communication open every step of the way Respond to issues in a timely manner while fostering a positive work environment Monitor equipment status in industry specific software, reach out to customers regularly by phone and email for continued service Safeguard the company's reputation with customers and equipment manufacturers by upholding our core values of honesty, quality and reliability
Qualifications:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Some experience in a managerial role Strong attention to detail for data entry Flexibility and an eagerness to learn new things Ability to stay organized & effectively prioritize tasks Proficiency with
Windows & MS Office Applications Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8-5 (1 hour lunch break)
