Deputy Court Clerk

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Deputy Court Clerk to join our team. The Deputy Court Clerk will be responsible for providing administrative support to the court system, ensuring smooth operations, and assisting with legal proceedings. Duties

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate court records
• Assist judges and attorneys with case-related documentation
• Manage court schedules and coordinate hearings
• Provide customer service to individuals interacting with the court
• Conduct legal research and assist in drafting legal documents
• Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
• Assist in administrative tasks related to court proceedings Requirements
• Proficiency in word processing and data entry
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of legal terminology and processes is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a legal setting or as a paralegal is advantageous
