The Role Ideally, we are seeking strategic and relational leaders who show exceptional knowledge and expertise in implementing research and evidence-based rich approaches to teaching and learning. Suitable applicants will ideally display deep understanding of contemporary curriculum and pedagogical practices and will be able to build staff capacity across the breadth of the curriculum. A strong knowledge of evidence-based curriculum, instructional practices and data analysis is required. Suitable applicants would lead the development of high-quality, inclusive whole school programs delivered with consistency and low variance across classrooms. Experience with holistic complex case management is highly desirable. A key focus of the role is building staff capability through coaching, feedback and professional learning, with a clear commitment to improving student outcomes. Suitable applicants will ideally display advanced ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-functioning leadership team, contribute to a positive and professional school culture, and build strong relationships with staff, students and the community.
