This is a highly transactional, hands-on role operating at the center of the business. The Deputy Segment Counsel will lead commercial and strategic legal work, advising on day-to-day operations, contracts, and key initiatives, while partnering closely with business leadership to enable execution and manage risk in real time. The role is based on-site in Hoffman Estates, Illinois , and requires relocation. You will serve as the primary legal counsel for the office , embedded directly with the business and supported by a lean, globally distributed legal team.
