Dermatology Provider (MD / PA / NP) - Medical Aesthetics & Clinical Dermatology

Medical Director and Administration Job Description Summary:

Five Elements Medical Spa & Wellness Center is seeking a highly experienced Dermatology Provider (Physician, Physician Assistant, or Nurse Practitioner) to join our growing multidisciplinary team. This role is designed for an autonomous clinician with extensive dermatology experience who is comfortable practicing independently without onsite supervision from another dermatologist. The ideal candidate brings strong clinical judgment, aesthetic expertise, and a patient-first mindset to deliver exceptional care in both medical and cosmetic dermatology. You will play a key role in expanding our dermatology services while helping elevate the clinical standards of our practice. Key Responsibilities Clinical Dermatology Perform comprehensive skin evaluations and diagnoses Treat common dermatologic conditions (acne, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, infections, etc.) Conduct skin cancer screenings and biopsies Develop individualized treatment plans and manage follow-up care Prescribe medications and topical therapies as appropriate Cosmetic & Aesthetic Dermatology (if applicable) Perform or oversee cosmetic procedures such as: Neurotoxins and dermal fillers Laser treatments (CO2/CoolPeel, resurfacing, pigmentation) Microneedling, PRP, and regenerative treatments Medical-grade skincare consultations Provide expert aesthetic assessments and recommendations Maintain natural, results-driven outcomes aligned with patient goals Practice & Leadership Practice independently with full clinical responsibility Maintain accurate, compliant medical documentation (EMR) Ensure adherence to Florida state regulations and clinical protocols Collaborate with spa leadership and medical staff to grow dermatology offerings Educate patients on prevention, skincare, and long-term skin health Mentor or support clinical staff as the program expands Required Qualifications MD, PA-C, or APRN (NP) with active Florida license Minimum 3-5+ years of hands-on dermatology experience (medical required; cosmetic preferred) Ability to practice independently without dermatologist supervision Strong diagnostic and procedural dermatology skills Comfortable managing patients autonomously from consult through treatment Excellent bedside manner and communication skills Current DEA (if applicable) and malpractice coverage Experience with aesthetic devices and injectables is a plus Physical requirements: Must be able to stand for extended periods of time Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds as needed Must be able to perform treatments that require fine motor skills and dexterity
