Landscaping Equipment & Power Tools Are you a proactive sales professional who enjoys both retail interaction and field business development? Join our team in Boca Raton! We are a leading retail dealer specializing in high-end landscaping equipment and spare parts. We are looking for a versatile Counter & Field Sales Representative . This is not a "behind-the-counter-only" job—we are looking for a dynamic individual who can manage in-store sales and also take our solutions directly to the customers' locations.

What You'll Do:

• Provide expert technical advice on equipment and parts to walk-in customers.
• During the off-season, you will pivot to a hybrid model, spending 50% of your time visiting clients on-site and conducting outbound calls to strengthen relationships and generate new business.
• Use our database to proactively reach out to clients and ensure their equipment needs are met year-round.
• Assist in store operations and organization to maintain a premium customer experience.

What We Are Looking For:

. A native or advanced level of English is essential; fluency in Spanish is a plus.

• Experience in technical sales (Auto Parts, Industrial, or Landscaping). You must be comfortable with both face-to-face retail and "on-the-road" client visits.
• A self-starter who doesn't wait for customers to come in but goes out to find opportunities during slower periods.
• A good level of proficiency in Microsoft Office computer tools is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and the availability to visit clients within the local area. Why Join Us?

Pay:

$24.00 - $28.00 per hour
