Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and organized Office Assistant with basic experience in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate will assist with administrative tasks, document design, and provide support for marketing and design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with general office administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and organizing documents. Create and update basic design materials (brochures, flyers, presentations, etc.) using InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring everything is stocked and organized. Support the team with marketing and social media content by editing images and graphics. Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle basic inquiries. Organize meetings, maintain office calendars, and assist with any required coordination.

Qualifications:

Basic experience with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the role.

Compensation:

$20/hr, with opportunities for growth based on performance
