We are seeking an experienced Director of Photography with a strong cinematic eye and substantial experience in commercials, branded content or narrative filmmaking. The project will shoot over four days in Monterey, California, with additional days allocated for travel, technical recce and preparation. The full engagement will cover eight days in total. We are looking for a cinematographer with a confident visual style, strong command of lighting and composition, and the ability to work efficiently within a carefully planned production schedule. The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable shaping the creative approach with the director and leading the camera and lighting departments on location. The production will be directed by an award-winning commercials director with extensive international experience across advertising and narrative filmmaking. Applicants should be based in Los Angeles or San Francisco, or able to travel from either city. Flat fee: $4000 for the full eight-day engagement, inclusive of all preparation, recce and travel days Travel expenses from Los Angeles or San Francisco, hotel accommodation and meals will be covered separately by production.
