As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for various tasks, including assisting customers, handling food items, and maintaining cleanliness in the store environment. • Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and needs.
• Operate cash registers efficiently while ensuring accurate transactions.
• Prepare and mix waffle, crêpe, and pancake batters according to company recipes.
• Make chocolate treats and other specialty dessert items.
• Assemble and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and equipment.
• Upsell products and promote special offers to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Handle food items following proper food handling and sanitation guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization through out the shop.
• Assist in stocking shelves and managing inventory levels.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the store.
• Provide support during peak hours to ensure timely service delivery.
• Team members earn hourly pay plus tips, so your great service and friendly attitude can boost your earnings every shift Requirements
• Experience in a bakery or café setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of food handling practices.
• Time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Experience with sales techniques, particularly upselling, is a plus.
