Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred; experience in a pizza restaurant environment is a plus. Demonstrated skills in food preparation techniques such as grilling, braising, poaching, and general cooking methods. Knowledge of operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently within a fast-paced setting. Strong understanding of food safety protocols including sanitizing procedures and proper food handling practices. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in high-volume production environments while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with a friendly approach to serving customers and collaborating with team members.
