Bilingual Teaching Artist & Lead Facilitator - Contract Art and Color Collective Aurora, CO Job Details Contract $35 - $40 an hour 12 hours ago Qualifications Spanish Youth programs teaching experience English Teaching arts Working with youth Full Job Description Art & Color Collective is building a roster of Bilingual Teaching Artists & Lead Facilitators for upcoming arts, youth, and community programming in Aurora, Colorado. We're looking for qualified, creative, and community-minded artists and educators who are fully bilingual in Spanish and English and passionate about working with middle and high school youth, families, and communities. We're especially looking for people with: Strong Spanish/English bilingual communication and facilitation skills Experience teaching, mentoring, or facilitating with youth and/or communities Experience working with middle and high school youth A culturally responsive and inclusive approach A creative practice or arts education background A passion for using art to support identity, belonging, cultural connection, wellness, self-expression, and youth voice
Compensation:
$35-$40/hour
Project-based independent contractor opportunity. Compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and scope of work. Paid hours may include planning, preparation, facilitation, and follow-up. Most programming takes place after school on weekdays, with occasional weekend opportunities. We're looking for facilitators who can bring their creativity, experience, cultural knowledge, and care into spaces where young people can feel seen, heard, and empowered. Interested?
