The first project is a large outdoor wall approximately 100 feet long by 6 feet high . There are also several other potential indoor and outdoor walls and creative painting projects available depending on fit, timing, and the artist's skill set. This is a temporary paid project with flexible scheduling , flexible creative direction , and potential for additional work. The ideal person is talented, dependable, creative, and interested in building their portfolio while working on real indoor and outdoor mural projects. This may be a good fit for a young or emerging artist, art student, scenic painter, graffiti-style artist, creative painter, or muralist looking for a paid project with room for creative input. About the Project We have a large property with a lot of creative potential and several ideas we would like to bring to life over time. The initial project is a 100' x 6' outdoor wall , but there may be additional opportunities for the right person. We do not have a finalized design yet. One possible direction we have considered is a street-art/graffiti style mixed with a tropical or flamingo-inspired theme , but we are open to other styles and ideas. The design process should be simple and collaborative . We may use AI-generated concepts, reference images, sketches, or mood boards as a starting point, but we are not locked into one specific design. The initial thought was to use spray paint or airbrush techniques for the main mural, but we are flexible on paint type, medium, and process. The right artist can help recommend what makes the most sense for the surface, durability, timeline, and overall look. Creative Direction We are very flexible creatively . We can take the lead on the concept and provide direction if the artist prefers a more guided project. We are also open to giving the artist significant creative freedom if they have a direction, style, or idea they are excited about. The goal is to create something interesting, fun, and visually strong while giving the right artist room to put their own style into the work. This is not meant to be a stiff, overly corporate project. We want someone who can help turn creative ideas into finished work and who is excited by the opportunity to create something unique. Schedule The schedule is flexible . We are less concerned with exact hours and more focused on steady progress, clear communication, and forward movement . This can be structured as full-time, part-time, daytime, evening, weekday, or weekend work depending on the artist's availability. As long as the project is consistently moving forward and expectations are clear, we are open to working around the right person's schedule. Estimated project timeline is approximately 2-4 weeks , depending on availability, weather, design complexity, and final scope. Compensation Pay is $20-$25 per hour , depending on experience and portfolio. Materials and necessary equipment can be provided. Basic personal tools are helpful but not required. This rate is best suited for an emerging artist, art student, creative painter, or muralist who is building experience and portfolio work. We have a large volume of potential creative projects, so there may be ongoing opportunities for the right person. We are open to hourly, daily, weekly, or project-based pricing , but the expected budget is based around the $20-$25/hour range .
