Job Description

Location:
Glen Ellyn, IL Position Type:
Part-Time or Full-Time Staff Coach and Youth Director(Flexible—dependant on position and experience)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and organized soccer enthusiast to support the continued growth of our young soccer players. This individual should be able to manage a team and individuals within our club's framework and curriculum. This individual will run team training sessions and games, and communicate information to families on their team. They will keep a positive working relationship with other staff and work together to ensure growth of all of Synergy's players.
Key Responsibilities:
Organizing and running training sessions, games, and other team events. Communicating with families and managing other issues as they arise.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum USYS grassroots license, with a preference for a 'D' license or higher.
