In this role, you will help clients enhance their natural beauty by creating perfectly shaped, balanced, and customized brows. We are seeking someone with strong attention to detail, excellent beauty skills, and a passion for providing a luxury client experience. This is a paid position in a professional and welcoming salon environment where creativity, growth, and artistry are valued. Responsibilities Perform professional eyebrow services including shaping, waxing or threading, tweezing, and brow styling. Create customized eyebrow designs based on each client's facial features and preferences. Perform eyebrow tinting, brow lamination, and other brow enhancement services. Provide consultations and recommend the best brow shape, style, and maintenance routine for each client. Educate clients on aftercare instructions and product recommendations to maintain long-lasting results. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace following all health and safety standards. Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a comfortable and welcoming experience for every client. Requirements & Experience Minimum 1 year of experience as an Eyebrow Artist, Brow Specialist, or Beauty Professional. Certification in cosmetology, esthetics, permanent makeup, or a related beauty field is required. Experience with eyebrow shaping, waxing, tinting, threading, and brow lamination. Strong attention to detail and an artistic eye for creating flattering brow designs. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to build trust with clients and provide personalized recommendations. Professional attitude, creativity, and passion for the beauty industry.
